Who I am, where I've been and where I'm going!

A journey of breads, pastries and so much more!

Chef Giulia

I didn’t always know I’d end up in the bakery world. I started later than most and figured things out as I went. The work was hard from the beginning with early mornings, long days, and little reward at first, but baking kept pulling me back. It was the first time work felt meaningful to me. Over time, showing up every day, learning from talented people, and committing to the process shaped not just my career, but who I am. Baking gave me direction, confidence, and a sense of purpose, and it’s what continues to drive the work I do today.

Southern Indiana Living!

I’m incredibly honored to be featured in Southern Indiana Living! Being highlighted on page 19 is such a special moment, and I’m beyond grateful for the journey and support that made it possible.

Kinda wild, but my famous Maritozzi got on WLKY!

While I was working at Cultivated Table and Sip House, WLKY reached out to us and wanted to do a whole feature on my pastries and the bakery!

Food is more than just a meal; it’s family.
